SHIPPING 

All orders ship on Monday afternoon.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, weather conditions, missing packages, or damaged plants as it is out of our control once packages are in USPS possession.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS


All Sales Final.

We cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

FAQ

What if my clippings arrive wilted or dead?

This unfortunately can happen from time to time due to shipping delays. Please keep in mind that ordering plants through the mail is a risk - although a fun and exciting risk! Please understand that we are unable to send replacement clippings and/or offer a refund if any damage has been done throughout the shipping process.
